Excerpts Iowa Hospital Association Lobby Day Keynote
This was a presentation for Iowa Hospital Association's Lobby Day. About 1100 people in the audience including a lot of volunteers. It was short and designed to be more entertaining than a longer seminar/training session would be.
Sometimes we focus on delivering a specific message based on a personal version of your issue with a story from the district.
